Overview

On behalf of my client I am recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator who will support the Customer Service Manager with day to day duties such as: - Providing a fantastic customer service and answering queries on deliveries, prices and orders - Stock related administration - Accurately processing orders and managing despatched orders - Working closely with other departments to notify them of production demands - Learning parts This position will come with both structured and on the job training and it will particularly suit someone who is in the early stages of their career and is keen to learn. I'm looking for someone that is bright, articulate, hard working, has a high attention to detail, with good IT literacy.
