About the role Our IT team is seen as a critical function within Anchor Hanover, we are providing an opportunity to get involved in the transformation of our newly formed organisation. Anchor Hanover is embarking on its Digital Business strategy - our roles allow individuals to get involved in both the technology and cultural change that will need to be achieved to deliver this strategy. The Systems Delivery Analyst will provide Business Systems Management with support in delivery of the Anchor Hanover development programme and its business as usual support service. You will operate autonomously at management level within the department, working alongside the Business Systems Management Team. You will assist in removing obstacles that are inhibiting service delivery and provide management focus on new initiatives, ensuring that these initiatives are delivered in accordance with the Anchor Hanover standards. Your other responsibilities will include: Ensuring Anchor Hanover’s corporate approach is adopted in project and/or service delivery Clarifying issues, co-ordinating and organising tasks and resources to deliver projects and service Communicating with all required stakeholders to ensure clarity of expectation, approach and direction. Supporting corporate system projects and service delivery across all areas of the Anchor Hanover business About you You will have experience of managing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, people management, project management and project delivery. You will have comprehensive knowledge of project management best practises, knowledge of systems development lifecycle, IT governance and quality assurance. You will have knowledge of a wide range of business technology areas, the IT solution life cycle and emerging technologies and how they can be applied. You will be able to prioritise your workload and tasks based on high level business need, works autonomously where needed and use initiative to execute a risk-based approach to accelerate actions. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain IT issues in a way that non-technical people understand. You must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills - including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation. You will be educated to degree level an possess a PRINCE2 qualification.
