BI INSIGHTS MANAGER SPORTS BETTING AND GAMING LONDON £80,000 BENEFITS An online games based gambling organisation who are an international market leading in the sports betting space are looking for an experienced BI Manager to lead their insights analytics team specifically for their in store KPI and customer analysis as opposed to the online/app side of the business THE COMPANY The company is a well established market leader in the UK and abroad and has a significant share of the market share. This role tackles the unique data problems of profiling inshore customers and leveraging insights for commercial advantage THE ROLE If you were to be successful in your application for this BI Insights Manager role your responsibilities would include: Work closely with Senior Stakeholders and business unit leaders across the organisation to effectively deliver the insights being developed from the team as well as the analytics roadmap that helps the retail area deliver against objectives Work closely with commercial, product and operations teams to understand what drives their business and ensure the most useful KPI's are being measured Manage and drive standards within the BI team to deliver accurate work Work closely with the central data teams and other BI areas to improve datasets and methods of work and be an effective senior link between BI and the other business units SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE In order for your application for the BI Data Engineer role to be successful you will need; Strong experience both platforming data for data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker and Power BI as well as generating commercially beneficial insights Experience representing BI or Analytics teams across a business and presenting insights to senior stakeholders so it's easily understood Knowledge of data warehousing as well as multiple database types and environments Strong data skills with SQL and a BI tool as well as ideally something like Python or R Experience managing at least 1 or 2 direct reports highly preferred as this would be managing a team of 3 capable BI Analysts HOW TO APPLY If you are interested in this BI Insights Manager role, please apply via this site.
