Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Business Transformation and IT to support the overall execution and delivery of the IT service delivery function and the transformation and change programmes. As a key member of the leadership team, you will have overall accountability for programme managing a wide range of business growth or change programmes in addition to leading the IT service design and delivery across the UK. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in managing teams in IT Service Management, have the ability to inspire and lead significant teams with proven organisational change and experience developing and presenting concepts, plans and status to both senior managers and technical staff. Key responsibilities will include researching and analysing alternative systems which will support the strategy and growth of the business; reporting on operational strategy and development plans; support the planning and delivery of the 3 year business plan; plan, facilitate and delivery business growth, being accountable for the design, implementation and management of IT and business change, and be responsible for financial management for all aspects of a service including P&L, budget management, business case development and cost justification.
