They are migration from google to Office 365 and you will be joining as the Office 365 expert Role details Title: Office 365 Support Specialist / 1st line support Office 365 Location: London Oxford Circus/ Tottenham Court Road Salary £35-45,000 Permanent role, interview slots next week Requirements: confidence fixing 1st line Office 365 problems, good communication skills and confidence talking to senior stakeholders This role is for a 1st line support analyst to take ownership of Office 365 problems. The business are migration from Goggle to Office 365 and you will be administering 365, team SharePoint, one drive, and creating training materials to help support the business users across from goggle to Office 365 You will need to bring your people skills as well as this role works directly with your users Requirements for the position of Office 365 Specialist Experience of working with SharePoint (both on premise and online) in a configuration and support capacity. Experience of designing and building features using the Office 365 toolset. Provide technical support for both SharePoint and Office 365 to users via support tickets logged through the ticket management toolset.
