Overview
Clements Grey has engaged with a soft drink manufacturer, who are looking to recruit for an experienced Plant Manager based in Lancaster. There is an exciting project there to harness the large potential and renovate their facility and process. If you have a recognised track record as a Plant Manager within a drinks manufacturing environment then we want to hear from you. You will be managing and leading the factory to deliver an efficient and effective operation against plans and targets whilst improving current SOP's, H&SE and general operational practice. You will be reporting to the Company Director so you will have responsibility for measuring KPI's such as customer quality and service levels, proactive stock management, resource planning and P&L figures, among others. To be the successful candidate you will be a highly experienced professional within the food and drinks sector with a proven track record of implementing and delivering against a plan whilst showing the ability to innovate and develop people and processes. You will be passionate about the project there as well as the industry, with excellent Operations experience and budget control knowledge. Sound interesting?
