Overview
Are you experienced working in Accounts? Are you available for immediate start? Would you like to work for a leading employer with a potential to become permanent in the future? If so, read on Jenson Fisher are working with a national employer with offices based in Dundee to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for an initial 2-3 month period. With a potential to become permanent in the future, the successful candidate will work as part of a busy finance team and play a key role in ensuring that financial deadlines are met. You will have experience of working within a finance department and be comfortable using financial software and Microsoft Excel. In addition, as the Accounts Assistant, you will be able to draw on previous experience to perform the following duties; Bank reconciliations. Purchase ledger. Sales ledger. Entering transactions onto financial software. Bookkeeping to trial balance stage. Petty cash management. Preparation of financial information for the Finance Business Partner. To be considered for this role you must have experience working within a busy finance environment.
