Overview
Senior Site manager - new build RC frame residential scheme - Local housebuilder, Greenwich Your new role As senior site manager you will be managing a new RC frame Residential development in Greenwich totalling 30 units, The site is on a tight footprint with restricted access and will require an organised, methodical management style to ensure a smooth build. As senior site manager you will be reporting to a visiting construction director and be responsible for all site based activity including H&S enforcement, meetings, sub contract management, quality control and any client liaison. What you'll need to succeed A strong and stable site management background delivering Residential schemes for house building contractors or developers. RC frame experience essential, working on HA schemes is preferred. You will hold valid first aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications and be able to commit to a permanent role working in Greenwich for the foreseeable.
