Senior Site Manager
Overview
Your new company An established and steadily growing Main contractor working across the Greater London (South) area now seek an experienced Senior site manager to help manage a new flagship scheme in South London. The organisation work across both Residential and commercial projects for private clients with typical project sizes between £5 and £20 million. With 5 projects currently on site and 2 larger flagship schemes starting imminently they are now looking to bolster the existing team. The new project is a £20 Mill part new build part refurbishment project creating new office space, It includes RC frame, Steel frame, Shell and core and Cat A fitout elements and is due to run for the next 24 months. Your new role As senior site manager you will work closely with the site based project manager to ensure project delivery and the safe and efficient day to day running of the scheme, You will be responsible for sub contract management, fortnightly progress meetings, short term programming, site Diary, daily inductions, overseeing H&S and generally leading the management team What you'll need to succeed Significant previous experience of managing larger construction projects, ideally with some RC frame experience along with commercial fit-out. You will hold valid First Aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications This is a permanent PAYE role and will be based in near London bridge for the medium term.
