Building Surveyor/Project manager in housing Immediate start 6 month contract Your new company Is a housing organisation, that has a strong vision to provide excellent homes and improve their community. Your new role The Job is a building surveyor/project manager working on planned maintenance, investment schemes. You will be using condition surveys information to implement strategies to allocate funds and resources to the planned maintenance investment schemes. You will be working closely with the organisation to allocate funds to different areas including DDA for example insuring the housing association is fully complaint at all times. What you'll need to succeed A HNC in any building studies surveying or construction discipline or a degree in building surveying. Experience within a local authority would be essential with a key understanding of statutory compliance. Experience of project management of maintenance schemes. PRINCE 2 project management would be desirable but not essential.
