New job opening for a Civil Engineer, working at a multi-disciplinary, global engineering firm in London. Your new company This major, global engineering consultancy is seeking an expert and capable civil engineer to take a critical role in delivering projects. Their major projects team is involved in highways, residential, mixed-use, and drainage projects. Their expansive and modern campus in South London is newly built after being designed in-house and has been created to meet the latest standards for an efficient and productive working environment. With a global network of office locations, working on high-profile, quality, and large-scale projects you will support work both in the UK and across the globe. In recent years they have developed a comprehensive digital strategy which will ensure they remain a market leader into the future. Your new role You will take a role focused on producing detailed drainage design on residential and highways projects, mostly in the Greater London region, but also internationally. You will be involved during all stages of projects from initial concepts through to completion. You will be regularly client facing. What you'll need to succeed You will be a proficient user of Microdrainage and WinDes, and will be producing designs, whilst being supported by a team of engineers. You will have a demonstrable track record of working in either residential or mixed-use sectors, although commercial, industrial education and highways experience would also be of interest What you'll get in return You will be joining a vibrant, modern office in a great location within Central London. You will be paid between £30,000 and £45,000 depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package.
