Overview
Site Manager Your new company A leading North Wales contractor are looking for a Site Manager to join their long standing team. This business have an extensive pipeline of work, purely across the North Wales region and are looking for a local Site Manager to deliver new build and refurbishment projects from £200k - £12m. Your new role You will oversee the day to day running of projects from site set up through to client hand over. You will manage all trades and subcontractors and ensure highest standards of health and safety on site are maintained. You will ensure that the contract is delivered on time and in budget and will report weekly into the Contracts Manager on progress. You will resolve any issues with arise on site in a timely and cost effective manner. What you'll need to succeed You have experience in both new build and refurbishment contracts in a Site Management role. Experience working on schools and commercial spaces is also beneficial. What you'll get in return You will receive an excellent basic salary plus car/car allowance. Full remuneration package is available on request.
