Working Foreman / Supervisor

Small works Site Manager / Working Foreman / Supervisor, well established business, strong project pipeline. Your new company This company have been running since the 70's and boast a senior management team with a wealth of experience to pass on in this role. They have a strong client portfolio of long term relationships offering stability and a diverse project range to get involved in. Due to continued success they are looking to continue to grow their project delivery capability and have an immediate requirement for two Site Managers / Working Foreman. Your new role Reporting to the Contracts Director you will be mainly site based on live projects between Bath and Swindon. Being refurbishment specialists, most sites are live environments so a sensible approach to health and safety and general site management is key. Projects usually fall into the small works category and range from a few thousand to a few hundred thousand pounds. What you'll need to succeed For the best chance of success with this role you will have some relevant construction experience and come from a trade background, ideally carpentry. You will have a genuine passion for construction and appreciate what an opportunity like this has to offer. SSSTS and CSCS are ideal but for the right person this can be funded. Most important is a hands-on, can do attitude, attention to detail on standards and paperwork and being able to take direction from the Contracts Director. You will be enthusiastic, dynamic and with integrity.
