Small design practice looking for Arch Assistant (Part II) in Manchester Your new company This small architecture design studio located in Manchester, just South of the city centre (and close to a metrolink station) was established 9 years ago and has built up a good client portfolio in the residential, hotel and industrial sectors. They are busy, well run, and can offer great mentorship to part qualified architects. Your new role You will be supporting one of the practice directors, and will be involved in producing design work and some 3D presentation visuals for residential and hospitality schemes, as well as technical information using autocad. There will be regular team, client and site meetings, and you be dealing with external stakeholders to update on project progress. What you'll need to succeed The firm are looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant with proven professional work experience in practice, good autocad skills and ideally revit ability. You should also have sketchup and vray skills. The firm is keen to appoint a candidate who is looking to develop themselves and work towards ARB status.
