3 Years Post Part III Architect role. Award-Winning multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Perth. Your new company Your new company is an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Perth. This organisation is looking for someone to join their design team and work on some of the most interesting projects that Scotland and the wider UK has to offer. My client specialises in the refurbishment and alterations of historic private residences whilst also designing and delivering £muti-million new build leisure projects. This consultancy has a long established client base that they have forged over the years by making themselves a highly reputable business in the industry. Your new role You will joining the business as part of their Architectural team. You will be reporting directly into the Architectural Director as well as the Managing Director. You will be utilising your AutoCAD skills to assist the team with their multiple concurrent projects in order to provide the client with bespoke and pragmatic design solutions. You will also be working closely with the wider team and will gain an insight into project management and other aspects of the construction and property industry. As part of your role you will be expected to be confident with working on site and liaising with clients and contractors. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need to have proven track record of working with bespoke private residential projects or similar project experience. You will need to be highly proficient in AutoCAD software packages and be a highly presentable individual. You will also need a full clean driving license.
