Building Surveyor - Plymouth

Opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join an organisation with a social purpose, working on the client-side Your new company You will be working for an organisation with a clear and defined social purpose, the work you undertaking making a difference to the lives of hundreds of people across the Plymouth and wider Plymouth region. Your new role As a Building Surveyor you will be involved in the delivery of planned investment works mainly for residential properties in Plymouth. You'll be involved in a wide range of building surveying roles and responsibilities which include producing specifications and schedules of works, managing a team of external consultants and supervising works on site, applying robust contractor management. You'll also undertake stock condition surveys and undertake defect diagnosis of properties, making recommendations for works. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in your new role you will need to have previous experience at delivering projects across all phases, ranging from feasibility through to completion.
