Local high end landscaping company are offering a temp to perm position Your new company My client is a local high end landscaping company that pride themselves on the work they do, from taking an unloved garden to an amazing out door space. They design and project manage jobs through to completion, they have a customer focused attitude and are looking for like minded people. Your new role You will be working as landscaper to specific designs covering all aspects of landscaping from lawns to walls, bulbs to trees, you will take control of the entire project. this is a landscaping job like no other, you will be in complete control from budgets to finishing the work to tight deadline, whilst working unsupervised and potentially with a small team to assist you. This role would suit someone who is looking to make a step up in their career or someone who is looking for a new challenge. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience within landscaping, potentially with a BALI-ROLO or horticultural certification, but someone with time served experience would be considered. You will need to be self motivated and have a customer focused outlook, with the ability to work on your own and within a team. You will need a driving license and a vehicle due to the location of the work. If you want to make the move into a company that is growing then this is the position for you.
