Maintenance Supervisor - HMP Your new company Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor on a temporary basis for a period of around 8 weeks, for HMP Stoke Heath based in Market Drayton. Your new role Your new position will be assisting the Maintenance Manager with the day to day running of the estates department including ensuring KPI's and SLA's are hit, projects are completed within time and budget, liaising with contractors and in house trades and statutory compliance surrounding electrics, gas, water, etc are adhered to and updated on the system appropriately. What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for the role, you must have proven experience in a similar facilities role and have a clear criminal record as a DBS will need to be carried out given the environment.
