This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a large business with a diverse portfolio of products produced. Job description: As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance functions covering all plant equipment and auxiliary services. You will continuously strive to improve site efficiencies by engaging in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities. Roles and responsibilities: Provide Engineering support to Production to ensure efficient performance on all equipment Ensure that all H&S procedures, engineering best practice are adhered to at all times Accurate & timely records are entered and recorded on all work carried out, root causes of failures and of spares/consumables used Reactive maintenance taking appropriate action to resolve, then report and document actions taken. Escalate issues to the Engineering Plant Manager as advised by the company escalation procedure Monitor the performance of equipment when running, and discuss any issues and improvements with Production Shift Managers, Shift Team Leaders and Operators In addition, you will be involved in projects within the business to develop an effective engineering install and commissioning.
