Principal Estates Surveyor - Plymouth

Principal Estates Surveyor required to join a local authority based in Plymouth for an initial 12 months Your new company As a Principal Estates Surveyor you will join a local authority based in the Plymouth region who own and control a large corporate property portfolio across the wider region. Your new client are responsible for a number of groundbreaking developments, and take pride in leading the way with economic development in the region. Your new role As a Principal level surveyor you will have overall responsibility for the strategic asset management of a large corporate property portfolio. You will make recommendations on the effective management and use of the corporate estate, ensuring it is fit for purpose with regards to acquisitions, disposals and developments. You will provide strategic direction for delivery actions for rationalisation and continued estate review, and have involvement in the identification of under performing asset. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this position you will have expert knowledge across all aspects of estates management including valuations, disposals, acquisitions and rent reviews. You'll also need to provide examples of previous leadership, line management or strategic level positions. What you'll get in return In return you will be offered an initial 12 month fixed term contract and a salary of up to £48,497 per year.
