Principal Electrical Design Engineer job | £45-60k | Central London | Become a future Partner in 5 years Your new company This Building Services Partnership operates as a family-run style business, with very good progression opportunities within. Working out of two London based offices, they work on a variety of commercial buildings including the Crown Estate and several large-scale new builds. With a large team of over 40 across two offices, there will be opportunity to grow an established business over the next 5-10 years. Your new role You will be leading projects electrically in the design and project delivery stages. You will very quickly take over some key clients who often have much repeat business, a responsibility which sits with the senior and associate engineers. You will also assist in the training and development of graduate and junior engineers, helping to grow your leadership skills. With hard work, there is every opportunity to become a partner within the business within as short as the next 5 years. What you'll need to succeed You will have a hunger to work for a growing business and to help grow the team, while maintaining excellent engineering standards in both technical and client-facing elements. You will ideally have 6-8 years experience within the commercial market, with specific experience in refurbishments. This is desired, but not essential.
