Overview
My Client are seeking a Strong Commercial Business Partner. They are a leading healthcare provider that strong track record in modern healthcare services when and where they are needed. They provide diagnostic and healthcare services to the NHS and Private providers. They are looking for a strong Commercial Business Partner who will support Senior Operational leaders helping them set the overall business strategy, drive contract profitability and operational delivery. You will be working closely with Operational & Commercial leaders to ensure that bids, tenders, spend & investment decisions are made with financial confidence. The duties include: Preparing the monthly management accounts, providing analysis of trends and performance for monthly business reviews, including development of KPIs Supporting delivery of pricing or costing models in support of business opportunities Improve the profitability of the business by evaluating options around pricing, operating models (opening hours, booking system costs, etc.), Developing and improving the consolidation and reporting of the business unit numbers Providing accurate monthly forecasts for the next month, full year and comparison to plan periods as required Acting as a mentor to junior members of the finance team and supporting their development Skills needed Able to develop business plans and drive financial performance through review and action setting Experience within change management Be a Qualified Accountant, 3-6 years PQE in a commercial environment Qualified to Degree Level Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills A great knowledge of financial systems Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Attention to detail Adaptable/flexible approach Valid UK Driving Licence If this roles sounds like something you would be interested in, please send your CV to
