Overview
Company Commercial Solicitor Progression to Partnership. An experienced commercial solicitor, is required with upwards of 2 years PQE, is being sought by a well established and respected high street firm in High Wycombe who is looking to grow their commercial team. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a caseload of commercial matters including mergers & acquisitions, business sales and purchases, commercial contracts, business setups and restructuring. You will be joining a small team of commercial lawyers currently within the firm and will pay a key part in the future success of the team. The firm enjoys a solid reputation in Buckinghamshire with repeat business from long term clients and there is a steady flow of good quality commercial work coming into the department. This is a key strategic hire for the firm as the person they bring on board will become an integral figure in the growth and development of the department.
