If you are looking for a progressive career where you will become a respected and fundamental member of a large corporate company, apply today Requirements: Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with at least 4 years practical, financial accounting experience In the final level stages of professional exams and looking to become Fully Qualified 4 years experience in taking accounts to Trial Balance and proven Balance Sheet reconciliations experience 3 years experience using Sage 200/Sage Line 50 Proven technical ability with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel confident (fully conversant with main functions, multiple condition sumifs, v-lookups, etc) Leadership abilities - confidence to motivate, mediate and mentor operational team activity Intellectual academic with strong commercial acumen Experience in the Property Management industry or similar desirable, but not essential Main Duties: Ensure the accurate production of monthly trial balances for all group companies within the accounts timetable. Supervise, mentor and develop a junior finance team Production of the monthly management accounts Quarterly production and distribution of the regional site management accounts and assembly of annual budget Management reporting for decision-making, including project appraisal, evaluation and post implementation analysis Produce weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts Production of the figures for the annual statutory accounts Calculate, present, reconcile and submit the quarterly Group VAT returns. Review and control of the monthly payroll process, Sage 200 journal postings, including HMRC submissions for PAYE/NIC, Pension auto-enrolment and other staff arrangements as required Carry out continuous reviews of working accounting practices and processes and ensure an efficient and cost-effective finance operation Please apply with an updated CV and contact details.
