Overview
M&E Supervisor Epsom £45,000 A very successful forward thinking client of mine is currently searching for a keen and customer facing M&E Supervisor to work on there prestigious site based in Epsom. The successful Supervisor will be somebody who has been in the Building Services environment for 5 years and has at least 3 years experience of supervising a team of engineers. Day to day responsibilities involve dealing responsibly with emergencies and break downs, take responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the sites critical, electrical and HVAC services, be responsible for and ensure the effectiveness of the team in terms of technical competency, HR, safety and service delivery, be the custodian on site for all permits to work and access to site. Liaise direct with the client on site to understand and repair any small problems which may come up during day to day running. The minimum requirements for qualifications are certified Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC craft apprenticeship AND/OR minimum city and guilds certificate within an appropriate engineering discipline.
