You will play a key role helping Kantar continue to build its strategically important behavioural data and chatbot capabilities and so enhance its research offers. You will assist work streams in the Data Acquisition and Technology Programme, working closely with other Global Operations teams, key data and digital specialists in Kantar operating brands. You will stay abreast of current thinking and developments in the behavioural data and chatbot arena and apply this to the capabilities we develop. Nobody knows consumers better than Kantar. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Data Acquisition and Technology Team with specific focus on: Behavioural Data capture techniques and suppliers Chatbot capabilities Data acquisition Panellist recruitment Panellist retention Independently progress work streams in those areas Research, recommend and implement strategies in those areas Work closely with, and develop trusted relationships with other Kantar teams Ensure core operational, quality and privacy principles and best practices are followed CAPABILITIES Must have solid Python, Javascript, Node.JS and SQL skills Cloud Computing, especially Microsoft Azure and AWS are desirable Strong understanding of Android and iOS development Experience in the Market Research industry Experience with establishing cutting edge/hi tech products/capabilities Experienced in conducting detailed and/or technical discussions with subject experts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal A self-starter able to perform well in a geographically diverse team Enthusiasm to share knowledge, know-how and experiences Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating an ability to learn and apply this learning to future research projects Willing and able to travel within and outside the UK JOIN US At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
