AMAZING TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY…CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS Macildowie are recruiting for Temporary Customer Service Representatives for a company based in Alfreton. You will be providing the best possible service to customers over the telephone and email. This is their busiest time of year for our client and you will be ensuring all customers have a magical experience from beginning to end. The contract is until April 2020. The pay rate for this role is £8.70 per hour and the working hours are on a shift pattern rota. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing high volume of direct customer contacts into the contact centre in line with service standards Handling retail and franchise store calls Log Managing orders for online channel through guiding and up-selling to meet shopper's needs and increase average transaction value Assessment and inbound customer email enquiries to deliver first contact solution Handling complaints and resolve first hand Processing orders General administration duties EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Good problem solving ability Strong Team working skills Well-developed communication skills Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Good working knowledge of Excel, Word - ideally some PowerPoint knowledge Relevant Customer Service experience Ability to thrive under pressure A passion for Chocolate helps ;) This is a temporary assignment although this is a great Foot in the door as this is a business who keeps good people, there are LOTS of internal opportunities.
