AMAZING OPPORTUNITY CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS Macildowie are recruiting foraTemporary Customer Service Representative for a company based in Alfreton. You will be providing the best possible service to customers over the telephone and email. The pay rate for this role is £8.70 per hour and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 3pm. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing a high volume of direct customer and client calls maintaining a high service standards Handling retail andproduct calls Being involved with staff meetings Skype calling customers and clients Log Managing orders for online channel through guiding and up-selling to meet shopper's needs and increase average transaction value Assessment and inbound customer email enquiries to deliver first contact solution Handling complaints and resolve first hand Processing orders General administration duties EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Good problem solving ability Strong Team working skills Well-developed communication skills Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Good working knowledge of Excel, Word - ideally some PowerPoint knowledge Customer Service experience Ability to thrive under pressure This is a temporary assignment, although this is a great Foot in the door as this is a business who keeps good people, there are LOTS of internal opportunities.
