They are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join thei dynamic team, to undertake a variety of payroll and pension submission tasks. Responsibilities Payroll Submissions (weekly, fortnightly & monthly) Pension Submissions (using Creative) CIS Submissions Calculating working hours Preparing contracts, payslips, branded letters & additional payroll related activities Quarterly VAT return bookkeeping Essential Experience and Skills 2 years experience in a similar role with knowledge of tax codes Proficient IT skills including excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, especially in dealing with numerical data High level of communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels Payroll experience Experience of using FreeAgent, Moneysoft software and basic PAYE tools will be an advantage Bookkeeping and/or Accountancy qualifications will be an advantage Benefits Annual discretionary bonus Free on-site parking Free healthcare upon passing probation Excellent working conditions and culture This is a great opportunity for a hard-working and self-motivated individual.
