They require an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Bristol. The Role Working in this highly regarded team, you'll be involved in all aspects of commercial conveyancing, such as sales and purchases of properties and businesses, mortgaging and re-financing as well as landlord and tenant matters. This is a unique and exciting opportunity and you'll help shape the department, and be an integral part of growing the firm's capability in this key area to the business. The Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate a client-focused approach as you would expect, but what this firm really look for is a can do attitude, passion for the work and a collaborative approach - in turn the benefit of working for this business is that work/life balance is appreciated, and opportunities for progression will be readily available on merit. This makes for an excellent opportunity as a Commercial Property Solicitor. Ideally you'll have at least 1 years PQE, although experience as a paralegal in this area may be taken into account for more junior candidates - however, there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE considered, the firm hires on a more individual case-by-case basis. That being said, you must be able to demonstrate strong technical skills, you should be enthusiastic, and excellent communication skills are essential. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression and presents a rare opportunity to work for a firm where positions are less frequent than some competitors, due to their high staff retention rate. Salary is negotiable dependent on PQE and this firm provides a good benefit package.
