The Role The firm is seeking to hire a Structured Finance and Derivatives Associate / Solicitor to join their Bristol, Somerset office. This team is a market-leader in securitisation and asset-backed finance practice across European, Middle Eastern and Asian networks. The team has dealt with (so the work you can expect would involve) conventional true sale structures, covered bonds, secured loan structures, master trust structures, synthetic securitisations, repackaging vehicles, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and asset-backed loans.
