RTA - Litigation Fee Earner
Overview
A legal 500 firm based on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre Is looking for an experienced RTA Fee Earner/Legal Executive/Solicitor to manage a caseload of complex litigated RTA matters. Job Description We need an experienced litigator required to successfully settle ongoing claims. The candidate will ideally have at least 2 years claimant experience and have experience working within a leading law firm. There is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress. The successful candidate will be expected to: Handle a full caseload of Fast Track RTA litigated and Pre-Litigated matters including: Lead discussions and negotiations with Insured, Insurer and Third Party Solicitors. Undertake Court Telephone Hearings to ensure the progression of the claim is maximised. You must also show all the relevant skills to take the claim to settlement stage. Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems to ensure completeness of records and aid business decision making Allocate funds to the appropriate client accounts as per agreed procedures to ensure the client and Optimal Solicitors receive appropriate payments Delegation of tasks where available and appropriate to other members of the team The benefits include a highly competitive salary (negotiable dependent on experience), 28 days annual leave, buy and sell holidays, relaxed working environment and flexible working - including time off in lieu.
