This is an outstanding opportunity to join an exceptional firm, with ongoing development and progression opportunities. You will have the opportunity to manage a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious construction matters to include procurement, contracts, professional appointments, development agreements and all forms of construction related dispute resolution. You will work closely and collaboratively with the firms real estate teams who will refer clients and work. Whilst there is an incoming stream of work, you will also be encouraged and supported in implementing marketing strategies of your own in order facilitate long term growth in client base, and ultimately, the financial growth of the team Requirements You will be a Construction Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE There is no upper limit in PQE You will have an excellent technical knowledge on a range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters You should have evidence of a strong billing history and experience in business development Regional contacts are extremely advantageous but not necessary Salary is highly competitive, based upon experience Please apply for this role online.
