Debt Recovery Locum

Role: Debt Recovery Locum Location: Kent Hourly rate: Competitive hourly rate Description: Highly regarded Kent firm are looking to recruit a debt recovery locum to join them immediately. Assisting with an influx of files this role is initially for 3 months with the prospect of a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be based within the busy Commercial Debt department and will deal with a caseload of debt claims including pre action correspondence, statutory demands, winding up and bankruptcy proceedings and issuing court proceedings.
