Multi-office law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client (Wills Tax Trusts Probate) Solicitor of 2 or more years’ PQE to one of its North Yorkshire offices. The team deals with a wide range of Private Client matters including: • Drawing up wills and discretionary will trusts • Probate and estate administration and variation of wills • Capital gains and inheritance tax planning • Creating trusts and trust administration • Powers of attorney, both preparation and registration and Court of Protection issues • Living wills.
