Overview

My client is a leading global law firm who are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis. The Recruitment Assistant will work with the recruitment team on all aspects of recruitment administration, you will support the head of recruitment, recruitment advisor and recruitment coordinator to ensure the successful recruitment of experienced candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative team. The key duties will include: Arranging agency briefings and events (internal and external) as Appropriate Updating and advertising all job descriptions Updating and maintaining the firm’s applicant tracking system Liaising with hiring managers and partners stakeholders Arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms and relevant venues for interviews Resolving issues relating to technical tests as relevant to the role Answering queries from recruitment agents, candidates and internal stakeholders Collaborating with other departments to work on projects and presentations to support the wider business Maintaining filing systems Ensuring administration duties are carried out in a timely manner Pulling off reports from the recruitment system and assist in drafting reports Adhere to HR processes and procedures The Recruitment Assistant will have experience working a customer services role with demonstrable high attention to detail, previous recruitment experience either in house or agency is desirable, you will show experience of taking ownership of administrative tasks with a knowledge of systems.
