Inhouse Legal Commercial Contract Opportunity in Portsmouth Your new company My client is a large retail business in UK specialised in different businesses but mainly CVS. They are looking for a Contracts Specialist focusing on commercial contracts including IT, Procurement, Franchise Contract, etc. Your new role Contract Review and Negotiation including commercial procurement contact, IT contract, GDPR, Franchisee, etc. Preparation of tenders, requests for information/proposals/quotations and support through selection processes in the evaluation of bids. Maintain and update a business wide contracts register within a contract management system, containing all pertinent contract details. Working cross functionally with different departments and make sure the contract is updated and accurate. What you'll need to succeed LLB degree At least 3 years paralegal or contract management experience Familiar with limited company law Solid experience of commercial contract Self-motivated and hands on Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
