Overview
Contracts Manager My client is an excellent regional contractor with work throughout Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex. They have an immediate need for a Contracts Manager to join their existing team. The role will be based from their regional office on the South Coast running 3/4 live schemes. They deliver a mix of new build and refurbishment projects up to circa £4m in value mainly on a Design and build basis. You will work across multiple sectors including Universities, Schools and commercial projects. You will have site based managers reporting in to you directly and will work closely with the head office based pre construction and commercial teams. You must have design and build contracting experience to be considered for this position. In return my client will offer an excellent salary and package dependent on experience as well as the opportunity to work for one of the leading contractors in the region.
