Overview
My client is a Legal 500 ranked firm looking for an experienced residential conveyancer solicitor or legal executive as part of ongoing growth in the Conveyancing Department based in the Bournemouth area in this key role. This successful and well established law firm is seeking a conveyancer with the ability to run and manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post-completion. You will be dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will have 4 years’ PQE and a background in managing your own caseload; you will advance the development of the department and excellent career prospects are on offer. Prior experience of managing a team would be beneficial or, equally, applications from those looking for that step up are encouraged. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, and will include a comprehensive benefits package and clear career progression opportunities.
