Highly regarded firm in Dorset seeks a skilful Residential Property Lawyer on a full-time permanent basis. This a fantastic opportunity for a driven lawyer to join our client’s specialist property department located in Bournemouth. The successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of residential property matters, whilst ensuring excellent client satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities • Freehold and leasehold • Sales and purchases • Re-mortgages • Transfer of equity • Licences • Leases • Shared ownerships • Issuing contracts • Use of the Land Registry portal • Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions The Candidate • Solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers with a minimum of five years’ PQE • Solid experience in residential conveyancing is essential for this role • Experience of working with Proclaim case management system is highly desirable • A strong communicator with exceptional client care skills • Demonstrate a flair for business development The Firm A well-established law firm with multiple offices in the South of England, our client provides services to businesses and individuals in areas including family, residential property, private client and company commercial.
