This role would entail working on a range of litigious matters including professional negligence, property litigation, consumer disputes, dept recovery and contentious probate matters and so experience in some of these areas will be required in order to be considered for this position. The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years PQE in dealing with litigation matters.
