A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced civil litigation solicitor with 4 years' PQE to join an award-winning, full-service law firm in Thame, Oxfordshire. The role will involve working within the Dispute Resolution Department. The ideal candidate will present with experience in dealing with a range of civil litigation matters and the range of work will include: - Personal Bankruptcy - Corporate Insolvency - Disputes involving Estates and Inheritance Claims - Contract Disputes - Company Disputes - Debt Recovery - Professional Negligence - Personal Injury.
