THE ROLE Due to growth, the litigation team is keen to recruit a bright and enthusiastic professional indemnity solicitor at the 2-6PQE level. The work is often high value and complex due to the nature of the firms clients. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of contentious policy coverage disputes including litigation and arbitration, as well as various forms of ADR. The caseload will be predominantly construction negligence matters.
