Overview
Funds Paralegal We are working with a US Law firm who are seeking to recruit a number of Paralegals to join their Funds team on a fixed term contract basis for 3-6 months. Suitable candidates will have excellent academics and a minimum of six months experience of working as a paralegal in a transactional role. Previous funds experience is highly desirable but not essential as candidates with transactional experience will also be considered. Candidates must be available to start work in early December.
