Property Development Solicitor / Legal Executive – NQ PQE – Northampton – Salary £40,000 plus DOE – Competitive Benefits/Top 200 rated law firm JOB TITLE: Property Development Solicitor or Legal Executive PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 2 years PQE LOCATION: Northampton SALARY: £40,000 plus – DOE THE ROLE: The busy team of this leading top 200 law firm is keen to appoint a Property Development Lawyer into their thriving commercial property department. The established team supports the firm's wider property teams including agricultural and also the commercial property team. The team acts for private sector developers and landowners on all types of development work including in relation to site acquisitions and disposals, site set ups and mixed-use development projects If this is an area you haven't necessarily gained exposure to however you have a solid background in commercial property work then we would be interested in hearing from you as the firm are open to hearing from individuals who need additional support and training within this area of law. If you have the ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines please do not hesitate to get in touch. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Property Development Solicitor will have a strong background of handling property development matters within a firm renowned for their property development services. Ideally you will be a property solicitor with a good grounding in property transactions from start to finish. You should be able to demonstrate experience in acquisitions, disposals, strategic land matters and other general commercial property work. You will be an ambitious individual who has a genuine desire to develop your career within property development law. You will be comfortable taking on responsibility and building close client relationships, providing a fist class service offering practical solutions to technical problems and translating complex issues into accessible and clear advice.
