Graduate Associate Recruitment Consultant Exciting opportunity to earn £20,000-23,000 with a comprehensive commission structure where you could achieve an OTE of £40k in Year 1 Our client is looking for driven, competitive, highly motivated graduates for a trainee recruitment opportunity in a fast-growing international recruitment consultancy with offices in the USA , Asia and Europe . They specialise in Big Data, Business Analysis and Project Management and Project Management. They provide staffing to both small, medium and large corporations within the finance and technology sectors. Key Qualities: A successful candidate should have the following: A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above from a Top University. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Money motivated and target-driven. Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
