Regional Field Sales Manager - field based role covering the South West from Bristol downwards - responsible for developing existing clients and primarily driving new Business. As you will be working independently they need someone with desire & drive , dynamic and hungry for new business, self- motivated and target driven . But you will have the support of an established and professional business. Ideally, you would be based in the Southwest so you could visit the office in Bristol a few days a week when not on the road. This is a dynamic sales role which involves managing an agreed territory and is ideal for individuals with a desire to hit targets and earn an excellent salary by achieving OTE. To succeed you will have a proactive sales approach, with a professional and persuasive attitude. This role will suit someone from a sales background, including B2B, insurance sales, motor trade, or any field-based role which has an aspect of sales. Basic skills such as drive, enthusiasm and the desire to succeed are essential. The ability to self-motivate is also critical, as well as being able to work as part of a team. Field sales experience is ideal ie experience of managing your day , diary management etc . You will be targeted both on maintaining and increasing revenue across our existing Network Members and on revenue from new business activities . Our client are experts in the compliance industry; focussing mainly on the Motor Trade and Travel . They have one of the UK's largest regulatory networks with many retail sites across the UK benefiting from a range of Finance and Insurance services. By providing Appointed Representative status, they shoulder the burden of compliance ( of being Directly Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) ) so their customers can concentrate on running their day to day businesses; saving them time, money and stress. They have a wealth of resources to ensure they provide clients and network members with an unrivalled service. Everything is designed to enhance the customer experience whilst streamlining the compliance process. To help back this up they are looking for a field based Regional Sales Manager to cover the South West . An ideal background could be a mix of Motor Trade /Sales or Travel Agency and - or Finance / Insurance background or Sales of goods in general to help drive New Business across the South West . The client are Bristol based and already have coverage across the South and are looking to increase their presence to compliment and grow the existing business they already have there . This is a sales role not people management and offers a great opportunity to join a successful and growing company . Salary wise they are looking at a package that starts with a base of around £35-£40K and an OTE of circa £50 although earnings are not capped . There is also a car allowance of £350 per month that means you can either use your existing car or lease one. Fuel is paid at 18p per mile.
