Overview
We are currently looking for a number of Social Workers across London to start as soon as possible. Rate: Dependant on experience Location: London Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 (36 hours per week) Requirements: · Must have 2 plus years experience in child protection/looked after children team · Must be able to work to statutory deadlines · Must be willing to work in a generic social work team · Should have a high level of report/assessment writing skills · HCPC registered · Enhanced DBS on the online update service Experience: · At least 2 years working in a child protection/looked after children team · Must have previous court work experience · Experience managing own workload and being accountable for case work · Experience assessing monitoring and reviewing existing social care needs and provisions · devising individual care plans which enable people to live the fullest lives possible · taking appropriate actions, including intervention if needed, to ensure care is always safe and appropriate · offering information and support when recommending a course of action · maintaining accurate records and reports If you are interested in this position and would like to discuss the position in greater detail please send your CV to the contact details provided.
