Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer- Liverpool

My client, a market leading UK based multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy, is searching for a Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join an established and supportive team of Flood Risk and Drainage specialists based in Liverpool. It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a BSc and/or MSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk Assessments and Surface Water Drainage, Residential Drainage or Sewerage Designs using Microdrainage. It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience working on site. This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a team of experienced Engineers to work on varied Flood Risk, Surface Water and Drainage Projects for Private Sector Clients, Water Companies and Local Authorities. Applicants will also be supported to complete the following; -Flood Risk Assessments. -Surface Water Drainage Strategy. -Detailed SuDS design using AutoCAD and Microdrainage for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Developments. -Drainage Area Planning. -Surface Water and Catchment Management Plans.
