Implementation Business Analyst - Accountancy Software As one of the largest fintech businesses globally our client currently manage over $2tn in assets for some of the biggest names in the finance world through innovative cloud-based systems and software. Since 2010 we have grown incredibly quickly and have found themselves in a position where once again there's a need to scale our pods with business analysts to satiate customer demand. So, what are we looking for? You will come from an Accounting software, asset management, or client-facing background with the ability to work in a fast-paced team of business analysts, multi-task and switch gears effectively. You will have knowledge around business analysis, finance and investment terminology as you will be working within this marketplace from day one. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholder levels throughout the organisation, as well as a real nature to be detail-oriented. Finally, you will be able to demonstrate the success you have had working as a business analyst on Software implementation projects and be able to talk through what the challenges were and how you overcame them.
